Case Update: Hogan Thompson Schuelke Wins Summary Judgment on behalf of Grayson Mill in federal court in North Dakota

The U.S. District Court for the District of North Dakota recently issued three Motions for Summary Judgment in the MBI Oil and Gas, LLC v. Royalty Interests Partnership, LP and Grayson Mill Bakken, LLC matter. Hogan Thompson Schuelke won the summary judgment on behalf of Grayson Mill in a valuable lease in the Bakken. Plaintiff MBI Oil and Gas, LLC sued Grayson Mill and its lessor, Royalty Interests Partnership, LP, challenging the validity of Grayson Mill’s lease. Grayson Mill successfully counterclaimed to quiet title to the acreage.
