Biography
Jennifer Josephson helps legal teams win challenging commercial disputes in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and she is excited to be part of the exceptional Hogan Thompson Schuelke team. Collaborative by nature, Jennifer works with trial teams on pretrial, trial, and appellate strategy, helping to narrow the issues and focus on the core disputes.
With her clear, persuasive writing style, her deep research skills, and her audience always in mind, Jennifer advocates for her clients’ most important factual and business issues within the context of the applicable law. She has successfully spearheaded countless critical trial motions and appellate briefs over the course of her career.
Jennifer attended Rice University, where she earned a double major in Economics and English Literature with high honors. She graduated with honors from Harvard Law School, where she served as the technical editor of the Harvard Environmental Law Review for two years. Jennifer served as Law Clerk to the Honorable John R. Brown of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and has previously worked with the talented trial and appellate lawyers at Reynolds Frizzell LLP, Alexander Dubose & Jefferson LLP, and Gibbs & Bruns LLP.
